Special Comments:
The Shogun toy line hit America like a storm in the 1970's.  I remember drooling in the aisles of toy stores at these unique (and at the time) bizarre toys.  They came in many variations and were even sold as model kits.  My Mom didn't like the large versions.  I have two which I'll shoot up on this site sometime.  She said they were ugly.  Well, to a thirteen year old boy, they were anything but.  They were COOL!  They were loaded with weaponry.  I think that appeals to something primal, genetically encoded in boys from the very beginning.
